Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training will cover safety, policies, and club operations to ensure a top-tier member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and prospects.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins, updating accounts, and managing member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure valid member check-ins.
• Handle member accounts in person and over the phone.
• Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Assist with membership retention and promotional efforts.
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare the gym for operation.
• Process payments and manage the cash drawer at POS.
