Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Florida is seeking a Relationship Specialist I to deliver exceptional member experiences in person and by phone. You will identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and grow consumer and business relationships by recommending VyStar solutions.

You will handle deposits and loan applications, open accounts, explain savings and credit options, and refer more complex products while maintaining compliance and a professional, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred, ideally in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in-person and over the phone.
• Identify member needs and upsell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, loans, and account opening tasks.
• Explain savings and credit options and refer complex products.
• Maintain compliance and risk awareness while assisting members.
