Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver outstanding member experiences both in person and by phone. You will identify needs, cross-sell banking solutions, process deposits and loans, and guide members toward the right financial products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loans, and account openings.
• Explain basics of products and refer complex options as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls.
