Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Specialist to cultivate and deepen member relationships through proactive outreach, in-person and digital channels. You will educate members on digital solutions and guide them through deposit and loan products to meet financial goals.

With 1–3 years in customer service, you will handle account openings, fulfill loan applications, and provide exceptional service while working within TDECU processes and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Banking, loans or new accounts training preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs).
• Processes loan and new account applications and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments, mortgage.
• Resolve member inquiries timely and accurately; escalate when needed.
• Educate members on digital solutions and online/mobile banking.
