Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver a memorable Member experience by handling deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and consumer loan support. You will drive member satisfaction, cross-sell products, and educate clients on digital banking solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process basic and complex teller transactions and balance instruments daily.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Build consumer loan packages and coordinate title work for funding.
• Own and resolve member issues with timely, friendly service.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Educate members on digital banking options and assist with tech issues.
• Participate in community development activities.
• Complete mandatory compliance testing and BSA procedures.
