Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Relationship Associate to deliver a memorable Member experience by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account services. You will assist with loan applications, fundings and cross-sell financial products while upholding TDECU's service standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend hours may be required based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) accurately.
• Balance cash and instruments and post transactions daily.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and assist with loans.
• Cross-sell platform products to support Member financial wellbeing.
• Respond to Member inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
• Educate Members on online/mobile banking and digital tools.
