Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Partner Specialist to serve as a member service expert in our Member Center, handling accounts, loans, and referrals to other TDECU products and services. You will support colleagues on complex issues, open and service accounts, and drive member satisfaction through proactive outreach.

You will mentor teammates, partner with other lines of business, and ensure a seamless experience for members across drive-thru and lobby interactions within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Supervisory experience in retail banking (multi-site preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential members and deepen existing relationships.
• Handle complex member transactions including IRAs and advanced loan types.
• Open complex deposit accounts and service member needs across lines.
• Promote Mortgage, Insurance and Investment services to members.
• Mentor teammates and share product knowledge.
