Planet Fitness in Johnston, RI is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgment-free experience for members and guests. You will assist with check-ins, memberships, tours, and retail transactions while promoting a welcoming atmosphere and supporting fitness journeys.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, and requires strong communication, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with inquiries.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journey.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales and contribute to club goals.
• Conduct member tours and calls to assess needs and drive sign-ups.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities regularly and maintain restrooms.
