Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling / banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming member experience and assist with a variety of account transactions.
• Educate members on digital solutions and cross-sell products and services.
• Handle lobby and drive-up transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Escalate feedback to management and support Net Promoter efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies to meet member needs.
• Complete mandatory compliance testing and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
• Work with core business hours including Saturdays.
