Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a friendly Member Service Representative to assist Members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions. You will educate Members on digital banking solutions and refer suitable products to meet their financial needs.

You will also promote cross-sell opportunities, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and support other teams during high-volume periods while upholding the TDECU mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with a variety of account transactions and services.
• Educate Members on digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM) and cross-sell products.
• Resolve Member inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Balance cash and postings and process teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Escalate complex issues and provide timely Member call backs for follow-up.
