Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver a positive Member experience and support financial wellbeing. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while deepening relationships with Members.

You will educate Members on digital solutions, cross-sell platform products, and respond to inquiries in a friendly, accurate manner during lobby and drive-up interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional training preferred.
• Experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient in numbers and names with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to resolve member issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with a variety of account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Cross-sell products such as checking, savings, credit cards, loans, CDs, and money markets.
• Educate Members on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) and refer needed products/services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Balance cash and instrument postings daily and maintain professional member relations.
