Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver a quality Member experience by assisting Members with account transactions and educating them on digital solutions. You will handle lobby and drive-up transactions, educate Members on mobile and online banking, and help connect Members with the right products and services.

In this role, you will process basic and complex teller tasks, balance cash and instruments daily, support other teams as workload

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Member experience and educate Members on digital solutions.
• Process teller transactions and balance instruments daily.
• Cross-sell products and refer services to meet Member needs.
• Resolve Member inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
