Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to deliver a positive Member experience via deposits, withdrawals, check orders, loan payments, and routine transactions in both lobby and drive-up environments.

You will educate Members on digital banking, identify opportunities to refer products and services, participate in community activities, and ensure accurate handling of cash and records while upholding compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a ten-key calculator and keyboard by touch.
• Availability to work with core business hours; Saturday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive Member experience through account transactions in lobby and drive-up settings.
• Educate Members on digital solutions and cross-sell products and services.
• Balance cash and transactions; process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments daily.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to compliance requirements.
