Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service professional to cultivate relationships, process complex new accounts and loan requests, and educate members on digital solutions. You will engage members in person or by phone, using a consultative approach to tailor recommendations and resolve issues promptly.

This role requires 3+ years in member service and banking, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• Additional banking, loans or new accounts training may be required.
• 3+ years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending is required.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Completes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding; builds consumer loan packages.
• Provides coaching and guidance on complex issues to team members.
• Achieves personal sales goals by cross-selling platform products and making referrals.
• Troubleshoots member inquiries and escalates issues as needed.
