Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to offer a memorable Member experience focused on financial wellbeing. You will assist Members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check orders while balancing daily cash and ensuring accurate posting.

You will educate Members on digital banking options and identify opportunities to refer products and services through friendly conversations. Weekend hours may be required as part of the core schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional training preferred.
• Experience: Prior cash handling, banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and problem resolution abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with credit union products and services.

Aufgaben

• Assist Members with a variety of account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check-related services.
• Educate members on digital solutions and cross-sell products and services.
• Troubleshoot member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Balance cash and handle instrument postings daily.
• Participate in community activities to support the Credit Union's mission.
