BASECK Training in Haddonfield, NJ, seeks a friendly Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist to greet members, run sign-ups, and keep the studio organized. This role combines customer service, sales conversations, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced studio that values community.

You’ll schedule sessions, conduct tours, manage inquiries across calls and social channels, and help implement membership options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or administrative role (gym or hospitality experience a plus).
• Comfort with POS systems and basic CRM/scheduling software.
• Track record of hitting sales or conversion targets or strong transferable sales instincts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests; greet, check in, and answer questions.
• Give studio tours and walk prospects through membership options.
• Schedule sessions and support members with program questions.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and leads from social media and other channels.
• Coordinate content requests with marketing and relay member feedback to coaches.
