Job summary

Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a positive member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, process check-ins, and assist with new sign-ups.

You will also lead tours for prospective members, update member accounts, respond to questions, and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed while helping keep the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service, able to interact in a positive and professional way.
• High School diploma or GED; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update members' accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Maintain the club's cleanliness and appearance.
