Job summary

BODY20 Hinsdale is seeking a friendly Studio Receptionist & Member Experience Specialist to be the face of our studio. You’ll greet members, build relationships, schedule appointments, answer questions, and help convert leads into memberships while supporting events and local marketing.

This is a fast-paced role in a thriving fitness brand. Availability to work evenings and Saturdays is required, and you’ll join a team dedicated to helping people feel stronger and healthier.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Greeting every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Building meaningful relationships with members and prospective clients.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the studio calendar.
• Answering membership questions and assisting with member accounts.
• Following up with prospective members and helping convert leads into memberships.
• Supporting the sales process and onboarding new members.
• Assisting with community events and local marketing initiatives.
• Creating 2–3 engaging social media posts each week.
• Assisting with content for our monthly email newsletter.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
