BASECK Training — Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a friendly Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist to greet members, handle check-ins, tours, and sign-ups for our fast-paced studio. You’ll manage inquiries, support sales goals, and keep the front desk organized while assisting with class scheduling and member questions.

This role offers a performance-based bonus, commissions on memberships and products, as well as opportunities for advancement in a growing, community-focused fitness brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service, sales, or administrative role.
• Experience with POS systems and basic CRM or scheduling software.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, check-ins, answer questions, and give studio tours.
• Walk prospects through membership options and process sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Schedule sessions and assist members with questions.
• Sell memberships, products, and apparel; handle transactions.
