The role covers greeting members, handling front desk tasks, answering calls, coordinating tours, and assisting with sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and account updates while maintaining a welcoming, organized club environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency is necessary for front-desk tasks and member data updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone calls.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and route to supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
