Job summary

Planet Fitness Baseline Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will greet guests, answer questions, conduct tours, and guide members through sign-ups and check-ins to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes front-desk duties, friendly communication, and teamwork with the Club Manager and leadership to maintain a welcoming, clean environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
