24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert at our Redlands, CA club to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will guide membership sales, explain fitness programs, and promote products while onboarding new members and supporting retention.

You’ll generate leads, set appointments, and promote marketing campaigns, working with the Sales team to meet revenue goals. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and team collaboration in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with sales practices and customer service in fitness or retail.
• Basic understanding of the fitness industry and club operations.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a compelling sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Demonstrate the CARE sales model and explain membership, fitness and retail options.
• Onboard new members and support retention to drive club profitability.
• Prospect leads, set appointments, and promote local marketing campaigns.
• Support member experiences with classes, programs, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
