You will onboard new members, promote club amenities, and use company tools to enroll members, schedule follow-ups, and contribute to club profitability through strong sales performance.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience and techniques in fitness or retail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive member acquisition and retention using the CARE sales model.
• On-board and assist with member onboarding and retention activities.
• Tour facilities and describe offerings aligned to guest goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
