24 Hour Fitness in Eastvale seeks a Sales and Service Expert to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will onboard new members, promote fitness options, and meet sales goals while engaging with the community and leveraging marketing campaigns.

The role involves prospecting, lead management, and collaboration with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure member satisfaction and retention. A friendly, service-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest to relate products/services to fitness needs.
• Tours potential members, describes facility and services tied to fitness goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using tools.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
• Consistently meets or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads through community and on-site programs.
• Sets appointments and promotes campaigns to leads and members.
• Partners with SSM to provide a best-in-class member experience.
• Maintains a friendly, clean club environment.
