Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a top-tier sales and service experience to guests and members in our California clubs. You will build relationships, communicate membership and fitness options, and guide members toward the right products and services to meet their goals.

You will onboard new members, manage lead generation, and support retention efforts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness or retail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate products/services to fitness needs.
• Tour club facilities and describe offerings tied to member goals.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and assists with retention activities.
• Generate leads and set appointments; manage leads via Lead Management System.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
