Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members. You will advocate membership, fitness, and retail offerings while driving member acquisition and retention.

You will engage with guests to understand fitness goals, enroll members using company protocols, and contribute to club profitability through sales performance and client care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience and New Member On-boarding: Execute CARE sales model and relate benefits of products/services.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generate leads via community outreach and referrals, set appointments.
• Member Experience: Provide friendly, club-wide support and connect members with resources and programs.
