Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of the club, providing a warm welcome and helping with memberships, check-ins, and promotions. You will drive guest conversions, support tanning and group fitness programs, and keep the front desk running smoothly with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable teamwork, and CPR/AED certification (within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm, handling front desk duties.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges, including tanning and fitness programs.
• Delivers on new member enrollments and guest conversions.
• Answers phones courteously and maintains a clean, organized front desk.
