Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, handle membership and product sales, and promote services such as tanning, group fitness, and childcare.

You will assist with new member enrollments and guest conversions, ensure accurate check-ins, answer phones professionally, and help keep the club grand-opening ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets members & guests with enthusiasm and supports the Crunch SLA process.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures, resolving check-in issues.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized front desk area; supports events and initiatives.
• Performs opening and closing checklist duties.
