Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Nevada is seeking a Customer Service focused Member Contact Center Representative I. You’ll handle member inquiries via phone, email, and web channels, process deposits, loans, and online banking questions, and work toward cross-sell goals while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role emphasizes a positive member experience, professional communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent follow up
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs
• Excellent Written skills (Email) – Grammar and Spelling
• Member service and organizational skills
• Work well with other departments – Team player
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and have an empathetic and caring nature
• Willingness to make a difference
• Personable and professional

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient and timely service to the membership via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services as appropriate from conversations with members.
• Open new member accounts and handle various account types and forms.
• Perform account maintenance tasks and update details as needed.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Maintain confidentiality with member information.
• Represent the Credit Union positively and professionally.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
