YouFit Gyms is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to deliver superior service, manage member accounts, and guide tours for potential members. You will promote memberships and maintain a welcoming gym environment, ensuring a seamless experience from greeting to check-in and beyond.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service, can handle transactions accurately, and balance a cash drawer while upholding gym policies and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to engage positive with members and guests.
• Proficient in handling transactions and balancing a cash drawer following cash-handling procedures.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet guests as they arrive.
• Assist with membership questions, check-ins, and account updates in person and by phone.
• Promote memberships and offerings to enhance the member experience.
• Process payments, manage POS transactions, and balance cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies, maintain cleanliness, and report safety concerns.
