Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet members at all times.
• Manage gym access and verify active accounts for members.
• Assist with memberships, personal training retention, and tours for prospects.
• Process payments at the POS and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize gym areas and equipment daily.
• Identify and report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
