Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and welcome members daily.
• Monitor gym access and ensure accounts are active.
• Handle member accounts and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist with membership and personal training retention strategies.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure gym readiness.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer at the POS.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support events and member appreciation activities.
• Guide prospects through tours and transition to membership presentations.
