Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding service, assist with check-ins, guide tours, and promote memberships. You will maintain a welcoming environment, handle transactions at the POS, and help keep the gym clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, flexible to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while upholding YouFit policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet members and guests.
• Monitor gym access and verify active accounts at check-ins.
• Assist with account questions and updates, in person or by phone.
• Handle incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Promote memberships and retention strategies to members and guests.
• Open and close the gym following proper procedures.
• Process payments at the POS and balance the cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain cleaning routines and report hazards or issues.
• Provide guided tours for prospects and assist with membership presentations.
