Serendipity Labs in Denver seeks an Operations Coordinator to support Marketing, Member Experience, Lab Operations and Events. You will coordinate events, onboard new members, manage billing, handle IT issues and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years as a team leader in hospitality, excellent customer service, strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with basic IT systems. This full-time role offers growth in a fast-paced coworking environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hospitality driven environment.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Keen attention to detail and proactive support for Team, Members, and Guests.
• Ability to lead and delegate while holding Team Members accountable.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and basic IT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing and community activities, including artist partnerships and monthly member events.
• Staff reception during lab hours and ensure positive member experiences.
• Resolve member issues and escalate when needed; manage IT troubleshooting for lab systems.
• Ensure labs are open, properly billed, stocked, and well presented.
• Own service delivery for meeting and event bookings and coordinate catering.
