Job summary

Serendipity Labs is expanding its network and seeking an Experience Coordinator to deliver outstanding hospitality to members and guests. You will be the face of the lab, ensuring a warm welcome, handling requests, and supporting daily operations with a professional demeanor.

You will manage event setup, assist with meetings and community activities, and maintain accurate member information in billing software, contributing to a smooth, high-quality member experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high levels of hospitality and customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver great member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome at reception and assist with requests.
• Open/close the lab and maintain brand standards; stock and maintain appearances of spaces.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup, catering, and cleanup.
