Serendipity Labs overland Park seeks an Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional member service and welcome guests at the front desk. You will support daily operations, assist with events, and help maintain the lab's appearance and brand standards.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving. With 1 year in hospitality and solid MS Office skills, you will energize our community and contribute to member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and reliable team player.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests at reception with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.
• Maintain lab appearance and ensure brand standards.
• Update member information in billing software and keep records accurate.
• Contribute to member engagement and local community activities.
