Job summary

Serendipity Labs seeks an Experience Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality to members and guests. You will be the daily face of the lab, ensuring a warm welcome, handling requests, and maintaining a polished environment across reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.

Responsibilities include event setup, member engagement, and collaboration with the team to uphold brand standards and a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and lab users at reception.
• Handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
• Open and close the lab to meet brand standards.
• Maintain appearance of the lab, meeting rooms, Café and common areas.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup and catering.
• Foster a community through member events and local outreach.
• Update and maintain accurate member information in billing software.
