Job summary

Serendipity Labs seeks a Lab Operations Manager to lead our hospitality-driven lab teams in a Denver-area location. You will manage Meetings & Events, member experience, and day-to-day lab operations while driving revenue through events and partnerships.

You’ll coordinate tours, proposals, onboarding, and partner events, ensuring smooth operations and high member satisfaction. Strong leadership, detail focus, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a hospitality-driven team.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and proactive support for Members and Guests.
• Ability to delegate, motivate teammates, and ensure accountability.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure with flexible approach and good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experience Coordinators and Lab Team to deliver excellent member experiences.
• Manage M&E pipeline, tours, proposals, and billing accuracy.
• Build catering partnerships and coordinate artist/community events as needed.
• Onboard and train new staff; maintain lab readiness and presentation quality.
• Oversee daily operations, invoicing, stock levels, and AR follow-ups.
• Support sales by tours, capturing leads in Salesforce, and closing opportunities.
