Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness seeks a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will greet guests, answer questions, provide tours, and assist with sign-ups and account changes.

This role requires strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills, plus basic computer proficiency. You will support club operations, manage check-ins, cancellations, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for front desk interactions and coaching customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone inquiries.
• Take information calls and tours; assist in member sign-ups and cancellations.
• Support BCM amenities usage and update member accounts as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist the club team.
