Qualifications

• Experience in fitness or retail sales is preferred.
• 1-2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships, fitness programs, and retail offerings to guests and members.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Generate leads and set appointments using internal tools and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
