Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in fitness or retail industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in service sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour and describe club facilities and services tied to guest goals; register guests through the digital kiosk.
• Enroll members using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
