24 Hour Fitness in Sacramento is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving membership sales and promoting fitness and retail offerings. The role emphasizes enrolling new members, guiding them through the facility, and explaining membership benefits with clear, friendly communication.

You will work with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure member satisfaction, participate in local marketing and lead-gen activities, and help achieve sales goals.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enrolls members and supports retention efforts to drive club profitability.
• Generates leads, sets appointments, and participates in community outreach and promotions.
• Delivers friendly, efficient guest experiences and coordinates with the Sales and Service Manager.
