The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit at Carl's Family YMCA is hiring a Welcome Center Supervisor to lead the Member Experience Team and ensure a welcoming, high-quality member experience. The role requires a high school diploma, supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays with at least one evening, one early morning, and one weekend per month.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and staff.
• Manage interviewing, hiring, and training of the Member Experience Team.
• Support scheduling to ensure adequate staffing with director-level assistance.
• Track inquiries, tours, and visits in management systems as assigned.
• Assist with membership sales, terminations, and member communications.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Work nights, weekends, and closing shifts as required.
• Coordinate community events and member engagement activities.
• Lead the member experience at the Welcome Center for 20+ hours/week.
• Serve as backup to the Business Office Manager as needed.
• Act as Shift Lead up to 3 times per week.
