Job summary

Downriver Family YMCA is hiring for Part-Time Member Experience Associates to ensure exceptional service for members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet people, answer phones, and guide them to programs, while upholding YMCA values.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service experience, and good typing skills. We seek friendly, organized individuals who communicate well and are dependable in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests; greet, address concerns, and answer phones.
• Keep a neat, organized work area and guide members to programs and activities.
• Create a positive first impression by upholding YMCA values and providing a warm welcome to all.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
