YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a Full-Time Membership Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the Welcome Center and handle member inquiries, billing, and front desk operations. The role supports cash reconciliation and reporting while maintaining high standards of YMCA policies.

The position requires at least a year in customer service, a two-year degree, and strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum of two-year college degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Must have at minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• Strong human relation skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service at the Welcome Center and via phone.
• Manage membership inquiries including rates, hours, and program schedules.
• Maintain front desk procedures and cash handling with accuracy.
• Oversee desk operations and welcome center staffing.
• Handle membership and program billing and reconcile daily cash.
• Prepare monthly reports on cash received and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Membership Director on cash variances and reconciliations.
• Reconciling membership and program registrations.
