Planet Fitness in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role focuses on staff training, front desk oversight, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

You will help manage member interactions, conduct gym tours for prospective members, and support the Club Manager with daily operations, marketing outreach, and inventory tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
• Give gym tours and engage with potential members.
• Support Club Manager with team oversight and back-up as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive club image and assist in cleanliness and appearance.
