Planet Fitness in Apple Valley, MN seeks a Full Time Front Desk/Operations Assistant to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will support staff training, front desk duties, tours for prospective members, and resolution of member questions with a friendly, service-driven approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, clean facility appearance, and assisting with marketing and inventory tasks as part of daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts. Make sure team members are aware and trained on all current marketing promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
