Planet Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, manage front desk duties, support the Club Manager, and help maintain cleanliness, performance, and marketing efforts.

This role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with team members and ensure policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and contribute to a positive club image.
• Help with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and communicate promotions to the team.
• Order supplies, track inventory, and maintain reports.
