• Assist in training and developing staff.

• Assist in member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing promotions and ensure staff are informed.
• Assist in ordering supplies and monitoring inventory.
