Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Front End and Membership teams, ensuring GOLD standards and exceptional member service. You will drive performance, coaching, and talent development within the club, reporting to the Assistant Club Manager of Member Experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy adherence, and coordination with Business Partners to optimize results and elevate the member experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassador and related functions to drive membership performance and service quality.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams; provide coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure staffing and processes support excellent member service and execution.
• Maintain adherence to club policies and operational standards.
• Communicate across teams and drive membership growth and retention.
